Time is fast running out for the UK and the EU to reach, (or not), an agreement over who will (or not), have access to fish in what will become UK territorial waters when we leave the EU, and if so how much will their quota be.
Some observers claim that "Fish Wars" may break out if there is no negotiated agreement before the deadline for the UK's exit from the EU.
