Thursday was a very special spring day, crystal clear, fresh and sunny.
The official figures for the air and water temperatures for Plymouth Sound were, Air 8 °C and Water 9 °C, but judging by the number of people swimming in sea and sunbathing at Devil's Point, they found it a lot more comfortable than those figures suggest.
Good for them.
