Two men look through the prison bars;

one sees mud and the other stars.

These two are not prisoners.
They are members of 29 Commando Regiment of the Royal Artillery,
based at the Royal Citadel on Plymouth Hoe.

They are shouting encouragement to one of their comrades
as he gets close to the end of a very demanding physical challenge
