These waterside houses are part of the beautiful creekside village of Forder.
The sheltered community lies at the head of a tidal creek which leads out into the River Lynher.
Just on the outskirts of Saltash, in Cornwall,and no more than a few minutes from the Tamar Bridge, it has remained off the beaten track, for which I imagine the residents are very pleased.
