A MAMIL is a Middle Aged Man in Lycra who is a keen road cyclist,
typically one who rides an expensive bike and wears the type of clothing worn by professional racers.

    Although normally not as fit as the real cyclists! I have to admit to owning some lycra outfits, but these days I never wear them.
