This little group of businesses, in the historic Barbican Quarter of Plymouth, typifies the dozens of very popular, similar ones in the narrow streets and quaysides in this area.
Their owners and staff claim they face ruin following the very strong advice from the Government yesterday, that "people should not should not go to pubs, clubs and restaurants etc."
