The "Calm" before the storm

 

The latest Named Atlantic Storm 'Barra', is forecast to arrive here in the South West Peninsula overnight, so these waves will be a lot bigger today.

There are official warnings that the gale force winds could produce very difficult and potentially dangerous conditions in the coastal towns and villages of Devon and Cornwall. (circled in red on the weather map below).
