Haphazard asymmetry

In a city with high annual rainfall,

who thought flat roofs were such a good idea?

 

As more high rise student blocks near completion

the towers seem to be closing in.

Plymouth is a small, low rise city,

 and as I travel I am often struck by the way people are dwarfed by the cityscape.
