The Palace Theatre ...

... appears to be in a terminal state of decay.

The once beautiful building seems to be beyond rescue.

But set in the pavement outside its once impressive entrance,

are some original printing plates which give a flavour of what it was like in its heyday.

Every roof should have one

This wonderful "Lookout" is on the roof of the long time closed and decaying

New Palace Theatre in Union Street Plymouth.

 

Renovation and reanimation of this iconic building has recently started under the leadership of the 

GO! Palace Project.
