Watching over us

The Plymouth College of Art, in the centre of the city, has a new block with windows at street level, where, from the pavement you are invited to look in and see the students at work in a large, multi purpose workshop/studio space. The window sills are filled with pieces of their work, and it was here that I came across this marvellous chap.

Since then, I seem to see him everywhere.
