Ready for Redevelopment

Virtually all the buildings in the foreground are scheduled for demolition soon,

when a large "Boulevard" is driven through them to link 

the major waterfront, regeneration project in Millbay Docks,to the City Centre.

Snakes and Ladders

This is the latest city centre office block to be redeveloped for residential use.

The fortunes of businesses and their employees rise and fall, just as in the game.

Another one bites the dust.

At long last the Quality Hotel, probably the most inappropriately named hotel ever,

succumbs to the demolition monster, as this waterfront site is cleared for redevelopment.

It remains to be seen what sort of development might rise from the dust.
