In the eye of the beholder.

 In the UK, a "Listed Building" is one which has been placed on the Statutory List of Buildings of Special  Architectural or Historic Interest. 

Such buildings cannot be demolished, extended or altered without permission of local and national planning authorities.

Each of these is such a listed building.

You can probably see which one most local people would like to see demolished, and the site redeveloped.
