Sheltering from the storm

Over last weekend, and into Monday, it was pretty stormy both on land and at sea.
Power lines were brought down and there were some very lucky escapes as trees fell on houses.
These ships, anchored inside the Breakwater in Plymouth Sound, were sheltering from the conditions out in the English Channel.

Well all except one them, the Brittany Ferries ship Amorique was picking its way through the sheltering vessels as she made her way to the Ferry Terminal after a pretty rough crossing from Roscoff in France.
