Walking the plank.

There are always small ferryboats plying their regular routes in and around Plymouth Sound.

But in Summer the number increases dramatically.

This one is landing on the beach at Cawsand, on the Cornish shore of the Sound.

There was no need for this little

"waiting room" on this beautiful day, waiting passengers enjoyed sitting on the beach in the sun.
