A picture from an exhibition.

I came across this picture, by Martin Bush, on the wall of Wills Restaurant 

in the Royal William Yard. 

It seemed to raise the age old question, "Is this Art?", in the minds of my fellow diners.

But I'm pretty sure it must be "Art" because it had a price tag of £3,200. 

Surely too expensive to be a joke .
