The Anti Smoking campaigners,

having achieved the banning of smoking in bars and restaurants etc.,

are now targeting the table area outside such establishments where smoking is still permitted.

I saw this notice in the Royal William Yard where the popular bars and restaurants. at ground floor level. have very expensive apartments above them. Although  this terrace area was deserted early on this damp, cold day, it can be very busy indeed when the sun shines.
