An island in the sun.

Whilst island living has many attractions there are also some drawbacks.

They are usually remote, involve difficult and expensive journeys to get to and from, 

and once there, all the essentials of comfortable living, such as fresh water and  reliable power supplies involve very complicated installation and maintenance arrangements.

But you may have noticed, on the right hand side of yesterday's post,

 that there is at least one island, in Newquay, which provides privacy with all mod cons.
