One of the large number of bars,bistros, restaurants and apartments that now occupy the quayside buildings that once housed the myriad of enterprises that supported the activities of the major fishing port of Sutton Harbour, in the historic Barbican area of the city's Waterfront.
I understand the "Rust" but I'm not sure about the "Royal" connection in the name of this Bar/Bristro.
