Autumn is almost over.

Most of the beautiful colours went in the recent high winds.

This year the Autumn leaves have been spectacular here in the far west of the UK. 

Autumn wins you best by this,

its mute apeal to sympathy
for its decay.

Not Plymouth in UK,but Plymouth in Massachusetts, in the USA,

where The Fall is far more colourful than anything we see here in England.

I was lucky enough to be in New England a few years ago to enjoy the leaf show.
