The Solitary Sunset Surfer

Last weekend the combination of wind, tide and Atlantic Ocean swells, produced some great surfing conditions around the coasts of Devon and Cornwall.

These shots were taken at Bovisand Bay, on the Devon shore of Plymouth Sound, just outside the Breakwater, by Wayne Henry, a well known local surfer and photographer.

The solitary surfer was not quite as “alone” as he had hoped on this beautiful evening.
