Across the rooftops to the River Tamar

Yesterday's post looked out to the sea. 

Today we look down from the same hill, but onto the River Tamar 

and a small part of the northern end of the Naval Dockyard at Devonport, 

and the homes where once lived the thousands of workers who were employed there.
